Does anyone know of a good voice-to-text application for the computer that works in real time? I'm familiar with Dragon Naturally Speaking, which is a dictation program. I haven't tried it yet, but will soon.

I'm looking to figure out a way for me to participate in meetings at work, where there will be multiple people speaking, which I know is a tricky thing for software to handle.

Any thoughts or alternative suggestions would be helpful.
