I'm trying to get the word out about this new service available called PhoneCaption.
The latest voice-recognition technology is paired with specially trained operators who provide a transcription of what is being said in captions on an internet-linked computer screen for the hard of hearing. It's federally funded, so there's no cost to use.

i've used it. it is pretty good. the captions were quick and accurate.
