It my own Dlink DIR-655 because of gigabyte wired network since I have Media box in the house for TV recording and taking shows with me on my trip. Speed test have nothing to do with wireless ... I have the AT&T 6Mbytes down and 768kbytes up package. MVP is only maybe 10 feet away from DIR-655 and only show 1 or 2 bar of signal. If move MVP close to DIR-655 like 1 feet away then only 3 bar of signal. Then MVP move closer like 1 inch from DIR-655 antenna will show all 4 bar signal. My laptop and P3 Netbook show 90% to 100% bar wifi signal anywhere in my house or yard. Also I notice MVP silver joystick up right down left - right down left works but up is broken. I can feel click like right-*click* down-*click* left-*click* but up-(no click) nothing like busted loose. I already called MVP support about it they say to use remote control and ignore joystick. . |
