MVP's video problem

HI there, I tried to call them, and successfully connected, I saw my view just black screen on upper right screen and the large screen had been shrinked to smaller, they still see me and I can see them too. it;s strange shrinked video on large screen. They use a SVP on their end.

remember sorenson is shut down thier or not set up caller

we are working on it and ask them to fix it

Its not true, i have several friends who is using MVP and I can able leave message on their end while I use Sorenson VP200

Actually, this is known bug that cause shrink the background into smaller screen with strange black bold by it side and they are working to fix that issue, though.

Does this affect when you are on wireless?

I am using the ethernet, same thing..

I hope they'll fix it.. or new firmware come up..
