I am new to VP for PC and am wondering.

You can not dial a VP Phone number using such programs.

I use Viable Vision on PC and I want to call my friend's home VP. I have his VP Phone number. But how do I call him? He dosen't know where to find his "IP Address" public/private. What do I need to call him?

Your friend have two choice...

Go on to website What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Info, Speed Test, and more that will tell you of friend's ip address. It have be where videophone is and not at your home.

If friend doesn't have computer and then friend can go setting, network and public. It will show where next sentence (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) which its the ip address!
