I work for One Technologies (One Technologies, L.P. in Dallas, TX |) and in all important meetings my co-worker and I bring our laptop to communicate using IM. I realized it wasnt the best solution, because the co-worker did not fully type the whole conversation between two people or more and I only got fewest inputs or information. Most of the time, I've been left out while they were discussing some feedbacks about the website development, design, mobile design, etc.
So whats the best solution for me to use in order to receive ALL information from them besides hiring an interpreter (they only hire interpreter for all-hands meeting once a month)?
