I just upgraded to the Samsung 4 and am extremly dissappointed. When I try to talk or listen to a voicemail I am getting loud buzzing feedback noises and can barely make out what anyone is saying or listen to voicemail. My good old Cosmos didn't do this. Is there something in this phone that runs interference? Is there anything I can do to correct this problem? I do have the hearing aide box checked in settings. This happens wether or not I use the phone switch on my hearing aide. Please help! Am ready to return it. Thanks for assist.

Well according to Samsung Galaxy S4 specs it only has M4. No T of any ratings. If I remember correctly you would need at least a T3 or even better a T4 to get proper shielding from interference.

Not surprising as tcoil is becoming a thing of the past both in the HA world and Phone world. I own the Galaxy S4 and have the Phonak hearing aids but I also have the bluetooth compilot so I dont need the tcoil anymore. You can try taping a small shallow disk shapped magnet to the S4 ear side to see if that helps activate the tcoil function on your hearing aid. I have done that successfully in the past with other cell phones and headsets.
