Hello all... first time poster.. I am having trouble getting a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and an Ameriphone q90d to play nice together, or play at all.

Just wondering if this I go would be found in a Sticky or faq somewhere..?

I used to have a very old TTY that i used with my "land line" but I ordered the q90d the day I hand my land line disconnected because the ameriphone folks said that the q90d would work with the Galaxy line of phones. The first problem is that the audio cable is too small for the headphone jack on the phone.

Just hoping that someone can point me toward the info or share some helpful tips...? :^) Thanks in advance.

I think I can get you to looking for the right adapter. I used to use a different brand TTY. The cable that came with it also had a 2.5mm connector on both ends. I bought an adapter that had a 2.5mm female connector on one end and a 3.5mm male connector on the other. Unfortunately I got mine too long ago and cannot find one from the eBay seller that I bought from. I am inclined to think that it was a stereo one that worked. I think I also saw them on Amazon. You should be able to find one for under $5. Whoever you bought the phone from may even have them.

Any electronics store (or even Best Buy etc) should carry the little adapter you need for the cable.
