I have iphone 4s

I wonder is there a good app speech to text?

Ex: if someone talk trying to talk to me like doctor office i use iphone and he talk into iphone and it translate to text ??

Dragon sucks, it doesn't write exact what hearing person speak. I am still waiting for someone to develop a better "siri" voice to text like conversation.

Yes, but iPhone 4s only. If having jailbreak, can add Sara like Siri in any iOS device.
