A 16-year-old student at the Maryland School for the Deaf in Frederick has told police he was held down by fellow students who shoved items up his rectum in the dormitory where they lived. The court documents released Thursday add details to the charges Frederick police filed Wednesday against 20-year-old Tyler Dilks and three unidentified juveniles. Dilks couldn't be reached immediately for comment. The victim also told police that as many 14 students initially were involved. Assistant State's Attorney Lindell Angel says the other students watched the assault and didn't try to stop it. She says the incident apparently started as roughhousing and went too far.
