Four charged in MSD sex assault - The Frederick News-Post Online

Criminal charges have been placed in the Oct. 27 sexual assault of a male student at Maryland School for the Deaf.
The Frederick Police Department charged four suspects. Three are juveniles, and one is an adult.

The suspects, all male students at the school, were residents of the same dorm as the victim, police said.

Because the victim in this case is a juvenile, additional details of the assault are not being released.

The juveniles charged are a 17-year-old from Frederick , and two 17-year-olds from Baltimore.

The adult was identified as Tyler Daniel Dilks, age 20, of Whiteford. Dilks was served with a criminal summons on Wednesday.

A court date for Dilks has been set for Jan. 12.

All four suspects have been charged with fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault and conspiracy to commit each of those offenses, police said.
