Hi. I am a hearing student living in the detroit area and looking for sign language tutors or classes and events happening in my neighborhood. I love sign language and have been interested and amazed by the language since the age of 9. i know some things already and can converse a little bit. right now i am learning ferom several books.

I have been lokking for classes or a tutor (classes would be the best) for months and also asl events happening around. Please reply to my thread if u know of any classes or events that are happening (please be serious). [/b]thanks a million.

I am from Michigan myself. Only place I know that has deaf thing is some where in detroit and Flint.
