Deaf Festival in South Seaport in Manhattan.
I went to South Seaport in Manhattan two years. I saw festival of Deaf, TTY store, VRS store and etc.... I met some deaf people in Seaport store. I enjoy them. I want sign the VRS paper because I want VRS, videophone commincate with deaf people. I love it. I want go to Deaf Festival again.
