I wonder why not many deaf people got at least ACT 27?

Gallaudet should raise to ACT 31. Same as ivy, rugters, mit, stanford?

A ex-Mensa told me the organization isn't worth it, unless you consider making up puzzles and pretending to be special to be all that.

Yes, because the minimum requirement of ACT score is at 14, so therefore, students got accepted into Gallaudet. DUH.
