I had known Richard Roehm (Nesmuth) who is brininging up about his perspective on Kappa Gamma fraternity at Gallaudet when it happens in MSSD last year. Same as other happen, because before was hazing a lot and influence on deaf schools.
For example, one is who graduated from Gallaudet in mid-1990s and member of kappa gamma, he became athletic director at school for the deaf. One student told about athletic director who blame at him when he enter the office, give him hard time. But he is innocent, someone who put him look bad. Same as one is being influenced by P.E. teacher who is member of kappa gamma and graduated in early 1970s. He always pick up on students like give foul out when one student did not follow instruction. Other example, few students dislike one principal who is member of kappa gamma give punishment to them which blame for incident off campus, only he excuse one guy who knew deaf family. Some witnessed that he and his brother who is teacher share and discuss with students, they give few students hard time end up in dention program. You remember athletic director from ISD, brian bippus who is responsible of his own action in the past while his running for president of kappa gamma, he influenced guys on basketball team in the way. I can't believe this way, it should not right that can cause future students in school for the deaf, like MSSD, few of them learn from this way when they heard from teacher who is member of kappa gamma teach them but it is wrong. |

Just like it happens in the Ivy League universities, the more social networks one has, the better chaces the person will have in the social/career ladder.
Oh well..life is a bitch. Those who were born underpriveldged or without social connections will always have to work twice as hard. *scarcasm* Really...these threads u make are looking like nothing but flame threads.

I have no intention of starting a *flame war* but from my experience and seeing the experiences of my deaf friends, I've noticed that those that attend a hearing university were more apt to get a job whereas some that graduated from NTID/Gallaudet were having a harder time obtaining their dream jobs due to unfamiliarity of college names by human resources.Enlighten me....who is Nesmuth? |

I'm noticing that this person keeps posting threads negatively against other people especially Gallaudet students that are part of the Greek World. Is there anything else that you can either complain about or at least make a conversation/posting in somewhere else besides this "flaming"?

I agree with you, Byrdie. Although RIT (which NTID is a college of) is very well known. In my time (late 80's) they were top-ranked. Not sure if they still have the same status, but they are still very top-ranked for their Masters programs.

I noticed a few vblogs made by Nesmuth of recent and in the past, and I did notice that he has some absolute attitude problems... those of his debating against the deaf militants and such issues.
Only that I didn't know that he was then banned, but I think it's a good riddance, however. No personal intended. -------- And yes, I noticed nat84's comments that all are almost related just like what some stated above. Brain Bippus is a great and cool guy. I would rather say one of his few missues might have occurred but who knows if it's true or not... yet it doesn't make it right for nat84 to spit against him, otherwise... that is of his past and shouldn't mask him as a bad guy, anyway. look at what nat84's posts say doesn't make him any better. comprende? |

Richard Roehm a.k.a Nesmuth is always obsessive with Kappa Gamma, Phi Kappa Zeta, Gallaudet University, Deaf Militants and moderate leaders whom he always bashes and analogizes with baseless and unproven facts.
Just ignore that blotter. |
