You can always fill out a paper FAFSA instead of the one online. I know that you are a minor, and that you don't live with your biological parents. Do your aunt and uncle that you live with have legal custody of you? I ask, because this is important in filling out the FAFSA. If you are under 23, it will ask for your parents' income, and if your aunt and uncle have custody, it is their inforamtion that you will need to put on the FAFSA. I suggest you get a paper copy, and have them sit down with you and help you complete it.

Usually, the financial advisor at your college can help you out.

Yes they had guardianship and foster care custody but it doesn't come from my parents' income. I already did online but it won't let me to correct it. That is problem.

There should be a link to make changes to the FAFSA. But if you already clicked on submit, you may have to wait until they send you your pin # before the links will let you in.

Yes, they can, if you are withing a reasonable distance of the college that you are planning on attending. Some students who are residential live too far away to just run into the financial aid office. Likewise, someone who is completing a FAFSA and having the results sent to several colleges because they are waiting for admissions responses doesn't know which college they will be attending yet.
