I am curious about evaluating ASL skills among teachers in bi-bi programs.

Is it true ASL skills are evaluated in some places in USA, and it have consquences?

I wonder:

1. Who do evaluate the ASL skills?

2. What areas are evaluated and what criterias are used?

3. What are the consquences? Salary, position, more ASL courses?

4. Does this system work?
