Brief Research Survey on Internet Accessibility

I am writing today to ask for your participation in a short survey relating to your personal experience with the Internet and websites. We are looking for your feedback, experiences and stories of experiences that you have encountered while online. Any information you have to share would be much appreciated. The survey is approximately 24 questions about your general online experience.
