Ca Riverside for deaf have over 1,000 students.

Texas School for Deaf have less than 1,000 students.

Nope, CSDR actually has about 500-520 students, depending on enrollment. Calif School for the Deaf in Fremont has about 500 students. So, both schools come in total of around 1,000 students from K-12.
