Unbelievable, tragic and awful end to mystery

I saw that on Facebook. How very sad, and just tragic that he would kill his own kids like that. I can only imagine the grief and shock the grandparents are feeling now.

My heart breaks for the grandparents. They must be devastated. :(
 
Supervised visits should occur in a safe house. Is Utah that behind the times in child protection? We have safe houses here and the parent has to go there to see the child.
