It will be interesting to see if the improvement is lasting. Also any side effects like tumors.

Yup. That's true. I was a little taken aback seeing this as real news on a site like CNN.

I'm very interested in seeing further results as these treatments develop.
 
Thats why i voted for Obama. I had too,, had no choice McCain said he was gonna veto it. If Mitt Romney says hes gonna repeal this then i have no choice but to re-elect Obama.
 
This is really good.....but on the other hand, I predict that again this is going to affect people who lost their sight as adults/teens/older kids. From what I recall, the blind population is very simlair to the dhh population. Meaning most sight losses= age related. There's only a very small number of pediatric sight losses. I predict that the excitment about curing sight issues and hearing issues will be of benifit to formerlly sighted/hearing adults, rather then those of us who have always been blind/lowvision/dhh.
