Natalee was a beautiful woman. Im shocked she would go by herself with strangers in middle of night. It's sad. You know, Stephany would probably still be alive if FBI didnt give him $25,000. He went to Peru and gambled the money away.
 
Usually if a person is missing for 7 years, they can be declared dead. I'm thinking it varies from state to state.
