Obama chose Sen. Joe Biden as his Vice-Presidential candidate

The Observer-Dispatch - Utica, NY 13501 - The Observer-Dispatch

I think it is a good choice because Senator Joe Biden will use his 30-years experience in Senate and a few key committees to help Obama.

What do you think?

JOE BIDEN is now Obama's VP!

Sources: Obama picks Joe Biden as VP candidate

hhmmmm I'm not too sure about Biden.... but I don't see why not. Biden has a long list of experience so he should provide a valuable help for Obama. Next step - picking Kucinich for Attorney General position! PROSECUTE WAR PROFITEERS!

Now what's next is.... who will be McCain's VP. If it's somebody that will make me and kids cry at birthday party... my vote's solid for Obama!

I predict that John McCain chooses Milt Romney as his running mate.

He already chose his running mate but he will wait until August 29th following the Democratic National Convention.

Mitt. hmmm interesting choice Romney specializes in management and has his own consulting management firm. this is gonna be tough. Both VP are solid people with extensive experiences and have deeper understanding of operations.

Yeah I agee with you. Romney did great job as the chairman of Salt Lake City Olympic Committee (SLCOC). The scandal hit the SLCOC hard and he took over the committee. He kicked out people who were involved in the scandal and replaced them with reliable and right people.

One issue might bother the voters about Milt. He is a Mormon.

I think it is an excellent choice for Obama. Kind of deflects the arguments from the naysayers regarding Obama's "lack of experience". He has the intelligence to choice a running mate that puts that argument to rest, and also the wisdom to surround himself with those who have greater experience than does he. Typical feet on the ground, in touch with reality approach we have come to see in Obama. It reaffirms my confidence in his abilities.

Interesting. Obama picks the very candidate who criticized him for his lack of experience, and said that McCain was a good candidate for President. Who's side is Biden on?

Obama says he wants a VP to challenge his way of thinking. Umm...
Don't know what to make of this BO-JB ticket.

Yeah, and didn't Obama also chide McCain for not having accomplished much in his 25 years of service; yet he picks a man who has plagiarized and has served for 33 years?

Isn't the plagiarism what knocked Biden out of the running for higher office years ago?

It is already known since around midnight when his selection of Joe Biden as his running mate was leaked to media.

Yes it is correct. It happened when he campaigned in attempt to become a Democratic Presidential candidate during the 1988 President campgaign.

which is explained in "The Lazy Millionaire" book and several other management books too. That's how you run the organization. You do not micromanage it. If he keeps up with hiring several more outstanding choices for important seats like Attorney General, Secretary of State, etc.... there's no doubt he will run the government the way he wants without having to be a nitpicky detailer.

During an interview last year, Biden said that there was no way he would accept the VP position.

Plagiarism is nothing new in relation to political candidates.
