I do not feel sorry for her. She needs to grow up and learn her lesson. Obey the law and do not drive under influence. I am so tired of so many people got killed by drunk drivers. Plus she should be treat just alike everyone else who broke the law.

my vote says yes but im felt sorry for her but im sure she would learn her lesson but she been called on her own cell lots too MUCH! but she never stop! so im sure Paris need less calls like friends and family.

but she always so busy as funds raising during every night for more reason because she is heir!

im sure she would call less at jail but not too MUCH! im tell you about that im not joking at jail very serious as rules have limit minutes for calls to family and friends not longers hours im sure Paris will be okay but her mom will visit her everyday.

she's a dumb blonde.. and I don't think anyone's being too hard on her. she deserves what she got for the DUI and driving knowing her license was suspended.

And I don't buy the bull about her publicist telling her it was ok to drive when it wasn't. personally, I have said it before and will say it again.. she gives ALL blondes a bad name.

Well, if anyone breaks the law -- then, she/or he should go to jail. I know that a jail isn't fun to be in, but that jail is takin' away people's priviledge for freedom.
