I did not get to see the full speech as my dog kept begging me for attention. I am gonna have to get the full transcript of the speech to see what President Bush had to say. http://www.whitehouse.gov/

I was busy finding the pH of .217 M Codeine Hydrochloride. I missed the speech.

That's what you get for dealing with acids.

Endymion, You work at a labatory ? Chemistry and the labatorial science field is very interesting. p.s. Codeine Hydrochloride is found in asprin and cough syrup.

Nope, though good guess anyway. Economics and Finance are my thing.

Chemistry is one of my side hobbies. I also enjoy physics, history, paleoanthropology, literature, and practicing feigning interest (very useful at meetings) . . .

Codeine Hydrochloride is interesting. If you think chemistry is fun, look up another one of my favorites: Phenylalanine.

I think my head would explode if I tried to read books on those subjects.

LOL. I think my head already exploded long ago. I'm still trying to find all the missing neurons. If you see any, let me know.

I hate it when that happens. Unless it's an emergency on the order of it being the end of the world then they shouldn't interrupt shows.

We all better run for cover whenever Endymion's in the chemistry mode.

Amazing! I found one of Endymion's neuron in the toilet.

Now, do I post it or plant it in the garden and see the result?

freedom of speech/dissent

Ironic that just before the president speaks about spreading democracy around the world, one of our citizens is arrested because she dares to make a statement about the war in Iraq.

Actually, it was more like "We must not falter in our promise to the world or second guess why we are even in Iraq, blah blah blah. Oh, and Iran, you're fracking next!"

I saw it a little bit. It's always the same song he's been blowing out of his ass.

Richard,

I concur, but don't expect Heath to agree with us!

By the way, did you hear the part where Bush said our economy is good? Makes me wonder if we're all reading the same newspaper and listening to the same Federal Reserve he is, huh?
