Hey wait minute people!!!
YOU CAN'T POINT THAT OUT TO BUSH! I do not understand that you always tend to blame Bush for little things while he tried do his best for this country. If you were in his shoe and you will do same thing, anyway. He is overwhelming with war, homosexual marriage, budget, and now with Social Ser.'s situation. Give him some credits that he did his best for our country. YOU GOTTA TO POINT IT OUT TO THE MEDIA SYSTEM. Media system caused us to change our thinking in this society. Ex, at 1950s the movie made first make-out kiss and then it spread so fast in our society. Again in somewhere 1960s first dry sex and then it spread out so fast that we think dry sex is ok. Then and then with different situations. Main point, the Media controls our life, period. We need to kill the media's controlling on our life and change our thinking society back to 1940's life. It is easy to do and we need everyone's support to make it happen and fight aganist the media companies. |

Crazymanw00t, first of all... Social Security, there is NO crisis. Many economy analysts already confirmed that there is no crisis. Bush created the fake message then he took the blame for under the stress, not us.
Secondly, He declared the war on Iraq, not us then he took the blame for under the stress, not us. I can list more... and more... Religious Right wants to establish the abstinence program and Bush gave the final approval knowing that the program does not work. After all, it is federal program and it is part of Bush's plan... Reread the article again. The president have the final authority for many things. He should know better than that but he didn't. As you said, "If you were in his shoe and you will do same thing" You see, if I am in his shoes... I WILL WIPE THESE BULLSHIT (gay marriage, Social Security, war, etc) OUT and FOCUS ON ECONOMY and other things. War is wrong. I will stop it immediately. Social Security crisis is fake and gay marriage ban is nonsense, I will shove it down these Religious Right's throats and let them choke on their own bullshits. Voila, I solved these in one hour. More than half of Americans will cheer my name constantly. Um, you cannot blame everything on media alone. There are few factors which causes these excessive hormones. Look, Japan and Sweden aired the excessive nudity and all on TV, it is part of their culture and GUESS WHAT? rape and excessive sex rate included abortion rate is relatively low when compared to America. Economy isn't everything for your information. American won't cheer for you if you only focus on economy. From my view, you seems don't understand all his stress with his position handling the American's life. It is a hell job position that anyone could take. |

I actually don't think the message of abstinance is a compete failure, but I am wise enough to know that it doesn't always work, because, each person is different. Some people will take the message seriously, while others will not.
I really believe that you need to give both sides of the "story" to our kids. You're not gonna get by with just preaching abstinance. That's not gonna fly. You need to present every option. Our kids are too saavy, and too intelligent. They want options. Not just a one-sided solution crammed down their throats. I was the proverbial "good girl". I never got in trouble in this sort of way. I abided by curfew under penalty of death from Daddy. You get the idea. I heard the abstinance message, and it was what it was. But, I really think what kept me "honest" was knowing that getting pregnant would have a profound affect on my health. To be honest, I was quite scared of it knowing that it could cause me harm, so I just made sure I didn't get into a bad position. SO, it was that that kept me from sex. Not the abstinance message itself. So, take this for what it's worth. Just my two cents.
