Tazhayakov was found guilty of obstructing justice and conspiracy

At first, I was thinking "WTF?". Then I read the last statement, "Federal prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Tsarnaev.". Oh, it's a separate case.
 
Good. The courts are making some progress.

Yeah Tsarnaev is one if the brothers that planted the bombs and he should get the death penalty .
 
IMO, it wastes our tax money if there's another case for a same person. Why not one case for all charges to save tax money? Oh well...

Huh . What are you talking about . There going to a separate trial for each
suspected . Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's is one of the two brothers that planted the bombs and he is having a separate trial I think in November . His friend
was on trial for obstructing justice and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is going to on trial for killing four people one being a policeman and injuring dozens of people. They're two differences cases , I do agree that this not fair for the taxpayers had to pay for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's medical bills while being the
hospital then put him on trial so we can give him the death penalty .
It would had been cheaper to let him dies.
