Eighth Grade Heavy Metal Band Snags Million-Dollar Record Contract with Sony

Not bad for eighth grade kids, good for them. I hope they'll sell a lot of records.
 
Great for them to get contract but I feel bad for them for their (most likely) personal future.

Why? I think it's great that have their own band and a record deal , they may not keep the band when they get older but they'll be learning how to run a business . That is more than some adults know how to do. I think this real great story , people are always saying kids are spoiled today ,these boys are trying made their own money and I think they're a great role model for other kids.

While I am aware there are few exceptions, most kids like them that get rich and famous gets more than they bargained for.
