Premium on water and water viewing life style

yes I have view of sea better view than East London where I use to live yet those crappy houses are worth far more than my sea view

People will pay a lot money to live near a lake or ocean , the houses on the beach sell for one millions dollar plus. The state spends millions of dollars trying to keep the Mother Nature from washing away the sand dunes so no more houses will be lost. EPA is looking the other way while the beach get destroyed to save the homes , b/c they bring in a lot of tax $$$. This is nothing new .

I would love a water view but that's way out of our financial range.

The only water view I can afford is the birdbath I made for the birds.
I have a couple of those, too.

I do have a flowing water fountain in my front yard, so maybe that counts for something.

Hey! You have do have some water front ! Better not let the city hall know this they could made your taxes go up. LOL!

Remember although it is beautiful inbetween times living on a large body of water also increases the possibility of flooding, etc.

Living oceanfront for several years, I loved it. Healthy living. When I relocated, (closer to work), found a place by the River. It wasn't the same, but still, I love being near the water, wouldn't have it any other way. To me, it was worth the serenity and peace of mind, as living on or near the water always brings me a peaceful and less stressful life.
