Why did it have to be difficult to get a $72 refund in the first place? I'm very thankful that they got refund, but why did this have to dragout?

Because some businesses are more concern about making $$$ than having compassion for people. When I had to put Finlay down I had a bag of dog food that I no longer needed but I did have the receipt and doubt I would be able to return the food. I went back to Stop and Shop and to the customer desk and told the woman my dog dies and I did not the receipt for the bag of food. No questions where asked and I got my $23 .00 back It would had been nice if Six Flags did the same for the woman as she lost her husband.
