The cops never do anything wrong...correct?

Cops are crooks and terrorists. Not directly related to the article, I believe the police should be like the fire department and respond when called as needed, rather than drive around looking for anything to harass people. I also don't think they should legally be able to lie to people.

But yeah, I'm not surprised at this.

Let's be careful with these blanket statements. There are many cops that work above and beyond to help keep people safe and they don't make the newspapers, yet some on this forum are quick to label them "pigs" or "terrorists," regardless. The one thing I find disturbing about this forum is how the monitors do nothing to control the hate talk on this site...whether it's targeted at religion or law enforcement or politicians.

Not all, but most are. Never seen justice when police are involved, got a lifetime of memories to support that. All of them are professional liars, they all do it everyday, they're legally allowed to be pathological liars, would you trust people like that, badge or no badge?

I make it a rule of thumb not to trust people who not only lie, but have and use the ability to lock you in a cage for doing nothing wrong.

Sorry if you don't like what I'm saying, but it's true. Let's not try and have moderators censor people for having an opposing viewpoint, so long as they aren't being hostile and profane toward other members, shall we?
 
The great majority of law officers (police, sheriffs and deputies, FBI, NCIS, highway patrol, state police, campus security, military police, etc.) are ethical good citizens doing their best under very difficult circumstances. We know and admire several of them, and have never had any bad experiences with any of them.

The ones who are bad apples have to be exposed and purged in order to keep the rest of the barrel clean. They have to be kept accountable.

I've lived 63 years in several states across this country, and I've never had a bad experience with any law officers, and neither have any of my family members.
 
Both bad and good experiences with Cops....so I don't knock them all....the last encounter I had with a police officer was positive and he was very kind. There are some that are complete a-holes too....
