Massachusetts court says 'upskirt' photos are legal

I think it's disgusting ! I saw this on the news and it showed some fat pig taking a photo up a woman dress and the news blocked out the fat pig face but showed the woman face! That made me sick! Why the HELL wasn't it the other way around , the fat pig face should had been showed so women will be able keep away from him. Shame on the law makers in my state. I hope the HELL is not legal for child sex offenders to do this to little girls too. I was going to post this too.

Another example of a contradictory assessment in the wording of a law. Common sense should have won out, NOT to what degree she is partially nude or not! I would have busted his phone! :roll:

Yeah like jiro said, pervert. I agree. What heck is the judget thinking about how people feels about skirt. If someone does that to me, i hope to make sure that i ll bust someones camera or phone totally. it is the same thing as sexual harrasse.. jeez

I hope he gets sued if a victim sees herself posted online. One needs permission in order to post it, right?
