He's a felon. He shouldn't be getting ANYTHING. It's in the rules from Social Security. Felons do not get benefits. I don't give a s*** if he's from IL or not-- he committed a crime, and not getting anything should fit that punishment.

Wouldn't be surprised if the US Marshals size it all-- to pay off that $750,000 he still owes the US Government. Just saying.
