WV contaminated water state of emergency

It's a serious reminder of how fragile our water supply is.

How many of us have enough fresh water stored for emergencies?

Excuse me, kind madam-- there's already a thread about this. May I ask you to take a look below? I done posted a similar thread yesterday.

Look below where? Everyone's list is different depending how often they come to look at the list of topics posted. Not everyone's list is shown the same. In my case, I don't see yours "below" at all. It may be on other pages.

Provide a link instead so they can find it easier than having to scroll around looking for it. Yours also may be worded differently as well.

Oh wow, I'm very unhappy about coal spill into water supply and having clean water is necessary for me, as measure to prevent constipation.

I hopefully coal industries will heavily fined and I don't care if they goes bankrupt so I prefer clean, renewable energy for power.

eek! I'm fortunate to be located in where there are numbers of water sources around me.

Clean coal incident I see.. Doesn't seem so clean now. I just hope the contaminated water doesn't make it's way across the state line into Virginia where my family still resides.

I'm sorry to repost. I did a keyword search before posting my thread but I guess they weren't the right keywords because your thread didn't pop up.

If the Mods want to merge I'm OK with that.

^^ So true! ^^

A minimum of 3 gallons per person is recommended for storage - and don't forget about any pets or livestock!

As a bonus storing water containers in any empty space of your fridge will help it be more efficient.

Same here. You're not the only one it's happened to, though. I had another one this morning.

Sorry but there is no such thing as "clean coal." It's something said by the industry but it does not exist (and I live by a coal plant used to create energy). It would be like saying nuclear power plants are safe. But I do agree that it's not so clean now ... Hope it doesn't make its way where your family is.
