Found this final detail on another website regarding this story:

As if these humiliating searches weren't enough, the hospital involved sent Eckert a bill for the procedures. The hospital has threatened to take him to collections over the bill.





It's beginning not to be safe to go outside anymore. Random shootings, bombing and now this.

During the course of Plaintiff’s Gila Regional Medical Centervisit, Plaintiff was digitally penetrated in the rectum twice by two different doctors, he received a total of three enemas, had his body x-rayed twice, was involuntarily placed under anesthesia, and had a tube inserted through his rectum into his large intestine.

107. Defendant Gila Regional has billed Plaintiff for the “services” it provided at the request
of law enforcement.

108. Plaintiff still receives medical bills for thousands of dollars for these illegal, invasive and painful medical procedures.

Sadly, it has been about 11 months since it happened and this is the first time I have seen it. Maybe now, as you said, it will spread.
 
I hope this victim wins maximum compensation allowed. and officers in jail. and doctors losing their medical licenses.
 
The doctors and the police must be sexual perpetrators in disguise. I am sure they got their kicks performing the procedures.
 
Not too surprising when you think about the rise of militarism after 9-11.
There is a LOT of police/authority abuse unreported.

I think I disagree. They did this because this victim was just a Mexican nationale. Apparently somewhere in their distorted thinking and arrogance, they believe this guy had zero rights in America.

That's weird because the victim has a non-Hispanic name, and most of the cops have Hispanic names.

I feel for those that are "foreign" in USA. They have to deal with abuses on daily basis. This is one example. Pretty sad!!
 
I can't help but wonder, what if they did find drugs... would all this still be OK? And it must not be new, seems the cops were hell bent finding a Dr to do it.

No, the search warrant was good for 6pm to 10pm that night and he was searched AFTER 10pm. However, what the cops and doctors did was illegal, no matter what. They can't check your asshole like that without your permission. That violates privacy rights. This is not fu*king Mexico or wherever.

He is Caucasian, not Hispanic.
