The Worst Companies To Work For In The U.S.

It is very important that top management strives for a working environment that is positive and supportive for their employers. If not, it can result to poor performance .

Yes, I agree with you.

If I own business so I will take a good care of employees, especially offer better pay, good benefits and make workplace safe - exceed the federal/state standard.

How is sooo simple?

I'm not greedy employer and I like to give some of profits to employees, unlike many employers don't share the profit with employees.

Assuming there is a "profit" to share.

it means assuming that your own business is generating enough profits all year around... then you would have enough to give some profits to your employees but many hard-working honest business owners do not generate much profits. but if they do generate enough profits - they have to put it aside for safekeeping just in case economy's going bad so that they'll still be able to pay their employees during slow business for a couple months. most companies don't do that and they just lay off workers.

so all they can do is offer an honest reasonable rate for their employees - usually above minimum wage but that can be pretty difficult most of time because your profits are not always steady and constant. as long as you are honest and good to your employees, they will understand and take a pay cut because they trust you enough to increase their pay rates once the business picks up.

maybe during spring season - you're making a good money. maybe during summer - you're making almost no profit (break even).
maybe during winter season - you're paying bills more than you earn. who knows.
