May Job Numbers

American employers added just 69,000 jobs in May, the fewest in a year, and the unemployment rate increased to 8.2 percent from 8.1 percent. Economists had forecast a gain of 158,000 jobs.
The report, considered the most important economic indicator each month, also said that hiring in March and April was considerably weaker than originally thought.
"The big worry now is that this economic slowdown is widening and accelerating," said Sam Stovall, chief equity strategist at S&P Capital IQ, a market research firm.

I searches for nearly 7 months. It was difficult in the job market so.....YES!!!! I am thrilled about it. Finally put my Pharmacy skills to use.

Congrats! Me still employed with same company for almost 6 years, and had other job before that.

I know job market isn't great nowadays.

Yup, my sister couldn't find a job for 1 year now and she has spotty job history.

Either Obama or Mitt gets elected so we will go back to recession.

Why? because of the Congress and flaws in two party system.

I'll be complaining about Mitt too. He is not much better and not trustworthy.
