Deaf Artist- draw a river otter

I am looking for someone who can draw a fairly realistic river otter. VP required for visual ASL explanation on what I want.

I know of an awesome deaf artist in N.C. But he is not on this forum. If you cannot fine someone, let me know and I will try to contact him. He does sell his paintings, they are beautiful. And his name is Vincent.
