Alley Oop

In a national drawing contest to honor the 75th
year of the famous comic strip - Alley Oop,
eight students from Oklahoma School for the Deaf
were selected for their outstanding drawings.

The honored students were: Miranda Abell, Andy
Guisti, Kentrell McCoy, Samuel Young, Breanna
Winfree, Jessica Graham, Tyler Pitchford
and Chris Evans.

I have met the original artist in Sarasota in 1990, at nursing home he stayed at. He was a hilarious and nice person to know.
