Anyone who would get GTA IV on April 29? I would get it for Xbox 360.

It wasn't bad when Santa Andreas came out but can't remember about GTA 3, it was back in 2001 and I got GTA 3 in Dec 2001.

It would going to be plenty of copies like Halo 3 does.

When GTA3 comes out, so many teenagers want to buy that game, but many stores are sold out, and even some store have GTA3 require ID, since it is MATURE. Poor Teenagers who found a game, but couldn't buy because it is 18+ to buy. Those kids must be lucky if their parents, (bro/sis.friends who are 18 yrs old or older) buy for them. I was part of it. That teenager gave me $50, and I bought GTA3 for him to make him happy.

Now, most stores are require proof of ID, even more tighter than in 2001.

When I bought M-rated video game at Best Buy then they asked me for ID or deny the sale, it's so recently and don't matters if you are young adult or older adult. At Wal-Mart, that where same store as work here, they don't ask me for ID because they know about me, also Target don't ask me either.

I had played GTA since 1998 when I was 10 years old.

All GTA series are M rated except for GTA 2 that's T rated for PS1 version.

It's depends on location that where GTA was out of stock in varies of stores, just random.

I would wonders if special edition of GTA IV will out of stock so faster like compare to Legendary edition of Halo 3.

It's already final date but supposed to come out in Oct 2007 but delayed to spring 2008.

Can't WAIT for April 29 to come so I can get GTA4 for my PS3. Lately I've been playing all the PS2 GTA games including San Andreas for the 1st time on PS2. I had played GTA SA on the xbox before when it came out June 2004. Wish I kept that original disc with the Hot Coffee exploit in it, but unfortunately I traded that one in for MotorStorm and im kicking myself for that lol.

The GTA4 version of Liberty City is so kickass. Looks quite a million times better than GTA III's Liberty City. I cant imagine what GTA 4's future Vice City and San Andreas sequels would be like.

I have almost no interest in GTA4, if you guys can believe that. IMO the GTA games have never been refined to smoothness, but this one might impress me enouh to give it a gamefly rental. I deftinteley am not buying, because I will be busy with Halo3 and RSV2.

San anderas is BEST out of all gta series I admired. any gta series can't make to equal San anderas. I realized that GTA IV is based on GTA III. correct me if I was wrong!

Anyway about rent it? Mmmm No I do prefer to purchase GTA IV as gta collections.

No, GTA IV would be VERY huge than GTA 3, more detailed of Liberty City (it's very similar to NYC area), using under different engine, more physical and new missions.

Did anyone play the expansion pack on the PSone, GTA: London 1969? It was my favorite. Everything was british, from the driving on the left side, to the slang and cars. I keep waiting for Rockstar to smart up and release a 3D version of London 1969. It seems unlikely.

I'll probably have to rent it, when everyone on my FL is playing it, lol. Who has it reserved?

PSone. All GTA is on a CD for PSone. You can find boxset of all 3 cd games for good deal. I think it is on PC too. GBC and GBA have a GTA but its awful. I don't recommend them. PSone is best and true original. I remeber first GTA can't release cuz too bloody but itis 2D! Then it finally got released a few months later and I grabbed it. It was so much fun. Then it went 3D and it is multimillion seller franchise now.

IDK about what is upcoming demos. Either ask forum, or keep check XBOX magazine website or store. IDK if they will demo for GTA4 cuz it will sell anyway. It is not new game that needs a demo to convince people to buy it. MILLIONS will buy GTA4 on day one. I think GTA4 will sell more than Halo3 did on September 25 2007.

I have a little offtopic but on topic question about Saints Row and GTA. I read in a forum that some people preferred Saints Row, namely because you can create your own character, etc.

So I ask these who played Saints Row, do you thnk Saints Row 2 has the potential to beat GTA4? (I vote no cuz GTA is a franchise name brand that many people recognize and is on PS3 too)

Dr. Strangelove, You are right about Gamers do preferred Saint Row, because of create one as their own character and load of bad-@$$ clothes also. They attract SR's beautiful graphic, people and cars look a real rage psychic doll unlike GTA series 's graphic character cartoonish.

I read gamers from forums, they will buy GTA 4 asap till SR2 release and hit on store's shelves in fall. I bet they will sell GTA 4 for SR2, if they beat GTA 4 missions. who knows!

My opinion that SR2 will be best selling than GTA 4 in predictable. But I could be wrong..

You guys are going to LAUGH, Pac and X! I'm going to buy GTA4. LOL! Why? I was reading the EGM feature on GTA4 today while on the plane back to Maryland, and was convinced to buy it. The graphics are really jaw dropping, when we see it in action it's going to drop jaws nonstop. There also will be a COVER system. That there REALLY sold it to me. Hide behind a hot dog stand, a wall, a vehicle, you NAME it you can hide behind it.

FPS has been here for many years but GTA-style isn't started until 1998.

All of them are GTA clone.
