Saints Row is true GTA clone since Godfather, Crackdown, True Crime (NY and LA) and Just Cause are very similar except for different features and storylines.

True Crime NYC seems more like police game than GTA style, have you noticed it?

New info on GTA4 multiplayer at Teamxbox.com They reveal 4 new modes. It sounds like GTA4 is going to be one hot title.

This is not first time. Saint row was first Multi-players. but let wait and see what happend GTA 4's multi-players eventually.

What kind of multiplayer did Saint's Row offer? Did SR have a mode like GTA4's 'Cops N Crooks'? The cops have the crooks on their radar, and the crooks have a getaway on their radar. The cops don't know where the getaway is. The crooks do not know where the cops are. This is suppposed to take place in the city, so I can see some really wild games with that mode.
Deathmatch can be customized to have rocket launchers only, with friendly fire off, or what you like. So I think there might be a good amount of customiziation in the game much like Halo3, allowing for an almost infinite number of spinoff game modes.

I honestly tell you, I played saint row on mulitplayer via online like three times. it was so fun. saint row's multiplayers online look like mixed GRAW ( cities you can walk thru like your hometown) and HALO ( you can take a car or else to drive). You have to join with color gang against other color like rival gang. you can take car to drive kill gangs who walk on street and many different way you can do. its so fun that i tell!

Saints Row and GTA 4 cannot be compared because Saints Row is heavily based on gang games but GTA 4 is just widely lifestyle game, more than just gang war.

I understand. Simple question. How many modes for multiplayer for Saint's Row? That's all. I am assuming less than 10. Saint's Row 2 may have closer to 20 modes?

Bro, Good question. I can't remember how many of multiplayers, like I played it online three times. thats it. Saint row sit on shelf to collect the dust since 2006 I completed the game.

I am considering of getting the PS3 version since afew of my friends in real life have a PS3 and dont consider of ever owning an Xbox360 as well so I go grab GTA4 on the PS3 anyway.

It appears that the american version of GTA sells better on Xbox360 when the european version of the PS3 version sells better than the american version.

Strange eh?

Actually, it's not that obvious. Playstation brand is pretty widely popular in Europe to Asia anyway.

If you are talking about the pre-orders, it's still too early to call. We will probably find out a week after the release. I wouldn't be surprised to see if the PS3 version will edge or even barely beat the Xbox 360 version in sales. The thing is, GTA is a well-known franchise associated with PS for so many years.

Just my two cents.

It was quite something that Wii outsold both PS3 and Xbox 360 combined twice in March because of Super Smash Bros. I wouldn't be surprised if a large number of PS3 consoles are sold this month along with the Wii because of GTA and Mario Kart. Right now, PS3 and Xbox 360 are roughly neck to neck in sales.

I'd bank on PS3 fanatics getting a 360 when the exclusive DLC hits. The $50 million Microsoft paid for the exlcusive DLC will be pennies comapred to what they are going to make.

Just got it but much more challenge and more tougher than GTA 3.

It's looks very realistic game, also if you trying attack on people then it's take little while and hard to beat them, even you never know if police is on behind of you then you are busted. GTA 4 seems like massive move away from GTA 3 because GTA 3 is more easier to beat but quietly hard on some missions and GTA 4 is alot more harder than GTA 3, such as control seems slowly and different.

When you are start to this game, you will be in one island since all others are blocked by police or ro*******, if you passes it then you will get 6 stars on warning level, ugh and that's new experience for me and that's not like Saints Row about all area are opened to you at first time than just limited free roaming.

In overall, GTA IV isn't bad and had played about 4 hours, it looks great game and learn on new experience, fight to other people are use trigger and A, B, X, Y to make different of attack, that's more advanced than GTA 3.

I'm little got used with that.

I got my GTA4 this morning after waiting 40 minutes in line at the GameStop. I had 5 hours of fun with it. I cant even put down the controller and go to bed but I had to do so cuz I gotta work tonight.

The PS3 version even let me use the sixaxis to fly the helicopter, pull wheelies and stoppies on bikes, play bowling and darts without using the analog sticks. Flying the helicopter on the sixaxis is pretty damn hard enough with the sixaxis tilt on so im using analog sticks to fly it instead like I usually do in VC and SA.

So far my experience with GTA4 is pretty good Even the new 6 star system is more a challenge because you cant just slip in the Pay n Spray without being caught by cop. Plus the cops are tougher bastards than VC and SA.

I recommend y'all set the cellphone to vibrate so you dont miss any important messages from the other characters. you can find the vibrate in the Options menu.

a) GTA's missions are somewhat easy. GTA VI story is about russian mafia like italian stye or godfather story...

b) Yeah I agree this, I sometime frustrate with fistfights which is not work ( when butllets is out, *no ammo*). somehow, I got a brillant idea, run to grab the car, drive to hit enemy and kill enemy quicky instead of fistfights. thats simple, Heheh.. yes I know it is cheat!

c) really, Honestly I didnt give a try to drive around as roaming site.. I was so FOCUS on missions, last time I killed Uncle Vadil (sp) . I need to take some break.. Ahhh.. I will go back to play GTA tonight sometime..

GTA VI's graphic is somewhat good to me. ea skate and saint row 's graphic are still superior to GTA. I look the GTA IV compare to Saint Row, SR gameplay is winner! thats my opinion. I heard that Saint Row 2 is tough A.I. and more challenge. SR2 will allow you ride motorcycles, airplane, others which is more improved from original SR. I can't wait it will release in August 2008!

But I highly recommending one of you who considering to get GTA, BUY IT instead of rent it!..

I always receive text messages icon side of GPS map. But thank you for remind me to change the options for vibrate...
