What's your favorite video game past or present?

I grew up during the late 70's and early 80's when video games were just being introduced to the general public.

Some of my favorites include Pong, Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Asteroids, Defender, Centipede, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Pole Position, Night Driver, Q*bert and Dig Dug. I could (and often did) play them for hours. :)

Also, what kind of video game system have you owned in the past or currently own? Atari 2600, 5200 or 7800? Magnavox Odyssey? Commodore 64? ColecoVision? Nintendo NES? Sega Genesis? Vectrex? GameCube? PlayStation? Xbox?

I used to own an Atari 2600.

Those were the days! :)

My favorite system would be Super Nintendo, the first system that my family own.

I have Game Gear, Gameboy Advance, Super Nintendo, Playstation 2, and Wii.

I like many games but to be #1 favorite, it got to be Final Fantasy 7. Ironic is that I played it on PC first before got PS1 CD for PS2.

I enjoyed Mega Man X series, Final Fantasy series, Legend of Zelda series. I also enjoyed Mario series, Mortal Kombat series, Tekken series, and Kingdom Heart series, as well.

In general, I like RPG games. Those games I listed are the ones that are still alive. I miss games that used to be on SNES such as Lufia series, Mana series (not ones on PS, ugh), Breath of Fire series.

Wow I have been playing for long time if I managed to get so many games that are actually series.

I don't care if Final Fantasy 7 was overrated game to many, to me it was one of the best.
