Need Help with the pop blocker setting

Hey all, I'm having trouble accessing to the aim express from my PC since I had to reformat my PC the other day. I've added this site to my whitelist but still no luck.. anyone can tell me ways to check where and instructions .. with appreciation... (by the way, I'm using firefox).. also I'm using XP not Vista or Mac
