My Video Streaming is too slow.

I chatting with my friends on iChat AV and they said when I used sign language and video streaming is too slow then somehow it go faster in some point. That didn't happen before. It could be my ISP? Any idea?

Here what I have

ISP- RoadRunner
Modem- Ambit Modem
Router- Sorenson VRS and Linksys WRT5G (Wireless Router)
System- Mac OSX

Wireless? That may explain it.

What model is your wireless router? I recommend getting a Wireless N Router as it's the latest model on the market. Your MacBook should be capable of using it, you can download a patch to 'enable' the N technology or just pay $1.99 to enable it through Apple.com.

Here what I have is Linksys WRT54G How do I enable N technology?
 
Just trying to wired from MacBook to Linksys router and check out if improve or not.
