Microsoft Phishing Filter

MODS: I am asking u not to move this thread right away pls as I need everyone to see this thread for just few days then, u can move them to the computer section ok? It would make faster as I need answer right away cuz it is for my deaf friend who do not know what it was but I later find out that was from new IE 7 which I refused have it in my computer as I have other browsers anyway! OK? Thanks!!

Ok, now Umm I did serach abt this but I am not sure I understand so I am asking to see if u have one and pls give me some answer as I need rather should be turn it on or not??? Know I mean? OOps forgot to add one thing for u guys and gals look up for this: Is Phishing Filter turned on when I first install Windows Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Live Toolbar? this one is what the answer there...

I am no expert. I believe that the filter is on when the program is installed. Under the tools folder, there is a thingy for Phishing filter settings. There you can see if it is on. I turned mine off except when I go banking or shopping, because it seemed to slow my PC down too much. There is a little icon on the bottom of my screen that allows me to use the filter for the site I am currently viewing. Fiddle around a little and see if you figure out what I am talking about. Have fun...

Ahh that what I though!! I got figures out this nite lol... no wonder, wouldnt be that too much plms to do all that each times?? I wonder...
