Fuck the PS3.

The PS2 is still good for my taste and would run 5 more years of PS2 gaming. :P

There are some PS2 games that I plan to get.

Bully

Tomb Raider : Anniversary Edition

Grand Theft Auto : Vice City Stories (hope RockStar is doing the PS2 version already.)

What 'bout you?
 
I sold my PS2 console, all games, and accessories to EB Games for in store credit since PS2 seems getting not worked plus I like Wii better than PS2...

How came? Does you play with PS3? I am very scare and not trust it. I have one PS2. Thank you telling me about PS3.
 
I got a PS3 for my b-day. Own no PS3 games though, but I've been playing my PS2 games on it as well as BD discs. I'll keep my PS2 though.
 
I agree with you.

I still have my Playstation 2 and it still runs perfectly. I've got a lot of games for it and there are a few games I haven't beaten yet.

So, I've got plenty of play time with my Playstation 2. :)
 
I have Slimline Playstation 2 sit next to Wii. It's almost brand-new since I bought it at EB Games two years ago. I still had some PS2 games in mind to buy.

I only buy PS2 for the games I want to playing. I dont feel like buying PS3 to replace PS2 due to stupid price and emulation instead of PS2 processor.
 
Intersting about PS3

I still have my PS2 and havent play in a while cause not enough plug in the wall :( gonna have to wait till I move new apt in summer time not know when :)
 
my fiance still love ps2 but his broke ps2 cuz of his older brother did broke last yr.. so he wanna buy one for himself.. oh well
 
PS2 still great to me with more new games coming up....yes, use it's dvd for my movie freak.

PS2 can be send to the PS repair instead throw it away....just send $ check with system to PlayStation 2 Repair by Fix My Playstation I did send it there and got few replacement parts as like send our cars to the car shop to get new replacement parts (always be tires, hee hee)

Not just PS2....I has GameCube and Xbox. Then I gotta play all system's great games for more years. I could playing little with my kids's SPS and DS Nintendo. So, I can be waiting to buy Xbox360 , Wii and PS3 after 2010. LOL
 
I remember about game developers was stopped to make new games on PS1 in around 2003 but got less in 2001, just right after PS2 is released then would happen on PS2 in next year or so. I love PS2 but rather to buy PS3 since it does compatible with most PS2 games and Sony sent firmwire update to address on issue.

I recommend God of War and Guitar Hero. Those games rock!
 
Oh man I aint played my old Pureisutēshon Tsū in like 4 years since I sold it for my 1st original xbox. God I missed playing great PS2 games like The Getaway, GT3 A-Spec, Onimusha, RE Code Veronica X, and GTA III/Vice City (I played SA on xbox not PS2)


It would feel weird to me playing the PS2 after 4 years of xbox and 360.

I concur.

I m not ready to give up on my PS2 yet. PS3 is too expensive and will wait for one more year.

WII s awesome but too many "kiddies" games. btw, i have xbox360 but none of their games interested me at this moment.
 
Will buy PS3 when it is out. It will replace dvd player and PS 2 very nicely. As my telly is HD ready, so it will be worth while for me to enjoy HD experience.

We have to move to PS3 at some point... :)
 
even thou it may be brainless and pointless but its still loads of fun for me.

hijacking cars, killing gangsters, getting on tanks, using weapons like sniper rifle and rocket launcher, etc...drive around the city doing stunts, shoot while drive on car or bike, and when wrecking the car too much burst in flames! beating the shit out of ANYONE walking around in the streets stealing money, run over anyone, especially the police but wanted level goes up or low and being chased by an army of cops...quite an challenge! and being paid by the dons to do their dirty work just like in the godfather.

Honestly, I am really into GTA since I find it to be the best mafia style games I ever played since GTAIII on PS2. (now I own the trilogy on Xbox version)

this year is going to be pretty interesting...GTA: Vice City Stories for PS2 and GTA4 for Xbox360. hmmmm... *rubbing my chin*

Yeah, I did these actions you named....I enjoyed to ride on motorcycle to jump off the building's ramp was fun to do as if wanna to get best distance or feel being Robbie Knivel. Most of actions were my break time after many "mission falied" then let go back to do mission again. Highest wanted level was hardest to get away from Army....hurry hurry to get into paint shop! LOL
