Can you give me more specify explain?

as for me, I never have problem with xbox live for pgr 3... But i hate some host who booted me out for no reason.. because I beat some hosts and i got high score for racing... I think they who are envy of me.. it is their problem..

Servers down? Try other games online. Recently a few days ago I tried to host a RR6 game for me and Pacman, but i could not get it to go. I later found out online the laptop that Microsoft's servers were down. That could be what you are experiencing. Check XBL.com or GameFAQs.com. GameFAQs is FAST, people share info FAST, and a LOT of people browse GFAQs.
I suspect it is server maintenace or something.

No, it wasn't from server.

Most gamers have same problem but it was issues from game then don't bother router or ISP.

I'm wait to get FM 2 then fuck to PGR 3.

I'm expected that PGR 3 will die after FM 2 is release in Feb.

Yeah, it's gotta be the PGR game. I can see from your Gamercard that u r playing RR6 online, so it is not the Microsoft servers... It also seems Microsoft needs to send out a patch update for PGR3?

Yup, I have no problem with GoW and Viva Pinata since they are under MS server.

But aren't all XBOX360 games under Microsoft's servers? EA tried to not join, but it blew up in their face, so they gave in and let M$ host servers for their games.

No, Viva Pinata and GoW are created from MS, also same with couple of other parties (Rare) and they are under MS server, such as MS Studio on disc.
