I'm surprised about DefMATRIXense said that his 360 is died and he's pissed off right nowbut not know about problem with 360. Please give a something to said nice thing to him.

DefMATRIXense, I hope that your 360 will get repair soon.

I got bad day about my computer got hacked but not know who is hackers but already installed new McAfee Security Center after happened and blocked them to across my computer program. I wouldn't purchase new windows computer anymore, and would purchase iMac soon or in next year.
 
Yeah I heard from him about it...really weird that it's like his 3rd Xbox360 now and mine since launch still works fine.

I'm sorry about it But if you got an Xbox360 before January 2006, you would get a repair for free.
 
Mine never had a problem. One time that I thought I had problem. He needs to check his connect to xbox 360. That's how I found out that my xbox disconnect and show red rings. Many things that he told me what he did. I never do what he did. I handle mine really good. Some people does not know how to handle or did wrong.

Remember that he did is put things on his xbox 360 that he posted. I would never do that. It is same thing on computer need air flow and prevent heat break things down.

We don't know how he break it again. He needs to figure it out why he did wrong.

I would never put things on mine either since it's also on vertical stand...not horzontial, you know? so I make sure I give it lots of space on the back of the system for air flow even though the intercooler is installed in there too and whenever I play games and as I'm done and open the disc tray, the disc feels relatively cool. But yeah sometimes I get red flashing lights on it and as I check the connections on the back and push the AV cable, the light then turned green so I was worried there for a sec but works fine now lol. :lol:
 
I don't call it bad news, I call it "act of God" Everyone has experienced broken electronics so why worry about his Xbox 360 that broke. It doesn't end his life, he can always get a replacement or whatever. Electronics IS electronics, so there's no big deal about it.

I got overheated at once then sold out at EBgames but pretty stupid for not replace into new 360 at first time and doesn't realize with warrenty until I found out what happened with Jesus.

I'm going get Intercooler after get 360 soon.
 
This is my fourth units including two replacement units. What happened is that I got the second replacement unit( third unit) and then a week later, it died even the intercooler was attached to 360 system. I was like, " that's it, I'm going to buy a brand new 360 system as fourth unit (July 2006) which I did bought it. I sent the second replacement unit to ms repair to replaced it and once I got it back and sold it for $300 bucks. I decided to put 360 on the floor, no carpet, just cuban tiles follor. A lot of space. Anyways until yesterday morning before I go to work, I did play 360 and it looks fine and then went to work ( of course turn the power off). And then when I got home like 8 hours later, went to my room, turned the 360 on and saw red three light flashs and I was like, are u fucking kidding me? And restart it and still problem. I was like bullshit I invested $20 bucks the intercooler to protect the brand new 360. Now the inercooler is fucking worthless and had killed my system. I disconnected everything and reconnected and what happens to next? No light on. It died. I decided to punch 360 6 times because it costs me a lot of money. So I called ms and they now send me a empty box. No cost at all for repairing or replaceing it. I don't know how u guys have no problem. It seems I had bad lucks.
 
I am sorry about your problems with xbox 360s. Perhaps you could wait for 'second-generation' Xbox 360s in next year. They going have new CPUs which may help fixing some issues Xbox 360s experienced in last year.

WAIT. only three red lights? then obviously it tells me that there is a disconnection...if its really dead it should show 4 red lights so I dont think ur Xbox360 is completely dead but if it has three red lights then I'm pretty sure it's something else thats wrong with the system, even thou it should still remain alive.
 
If you have problem with Xbox 360, call the troubleshooting. They glad to help you to fix it. :D I don't know why the problem is. :( I hope it work so far. :D
