X06 has already announced that Bioshock will indeed only be on Xbox360 and PC. Sorry future PS3 owners. Try other games.

According to a leaked press release detailing Microsoft's announcements at today's X06 press conference, 2K and Irrational's BioShock will not be coming to the PlayStation 3 soon, as many expected. Instead, the game will hit Xbox 360 and PC first.
The official statement from the release:
"2K Games confirmed that BioShock, a first person shooter that will revolutionize the genre and forever change the expectations of gamers, will be released exclusively on Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows next spring."
Given the wording of that statement, it's totally possible that the game will make it to PS3 sometime after "next spring," but we imagine we won't hear specific details on that for quite some time.
