Apple just confirmed in its Q3 2012 earnings report that Mountain Lion is coming tomorrow. The hotly anticipated 10.8 version of OS X brings with it a host of new features, as we've expounded upon in the past. The upgrade will be just $19.99 (unless you've recently bought a new Mac -- in which case it'll be free) and will be available via download on the Mac App Store in 24 hours or less. Better start finding some disk space.

I see nothing good from the mountain lion. Only I see few upgrades, iMessage, Reminders, PowerNap, and Notification Center for $19.99. Nah, I don't need those since I have those on my iPhone and iPad3.

I didn't really like Lion when it first came out (it seemed a step backwards from Snow Leopard, and so much had changed) that I'm only now used to it.

MacBookPro 13", OS X Lion, this year.

Oops! I mean last year. Time flies!

If you have own Apple TV, you can use AirPlay mirroring to be connected it for your HDTV.

I updated from Lion to Mountain Lion.

It wasn't bad but got slower at first boot after updated, however it will return to normal after other boot.

I'm looking for disable the re-open applications after reboot because it made Mac OS X really slower.

Yes, booted slower. The download lasted less than 2 hours over a WiFi connection. Installation lasted almost 1 hour. The installation was successful. Everything looks good so far.

But AirPlay Mirroring which allows users to mirror their desktop or latest MacBook units to an Apple TV, is unavailable on old systems of desktop and MacBook units. So I have AirParrot mirroring feature on my mid-2010 MacBook Pro and it s so pretty for streaming movies.
